Hey Love, Im Jess! I would love to share my story with you of how I reclaimed my power.

I was at my rock bottom.

Years ago, I was the lowest I’d ever been. Being a mom of 2 small boys both under the age of 3, working full time in an emotionally draining job, completely burnt-out in the health-care field that was crashing & not feeling supported in my relationship & (amongst other reasons) caused me to have a breakdown… AKA spiritual awakening.

I had a deep inner knowing that I was meant for more. I wanted to be a better mom and show up for my boys in all the ways I had missed when I was a child, I wanted to have a loving and supportive relationship that wasn't based on generational trauma.

I wanted to be this magical woman who didn't let anything keep her from her dreams.

I wanted to live in my purpose.

One day a friend shared how she was now doing Reiki. I had chills to my bones, I instantly signed up for a session. ( I didn't even know what it was, I just had an inner knowing it would be what changed my life.... ever have those moments happen?)

So I went and LET ME TELL YOU it did just that.

My life was forever changed.

My awareness exploded, my sensations heightened, I actually could feel my body...... and I could hear my intution.

Needless to say it was pure magic right before my eyes.

After being a nurse for 16+ years I knew all along there was a different way to heal vs just putting a bandaid on it.

And i found it.

I started my energy healing business 7 years ago incorporating it into my nursing career, later became a coach and left my bedside nursing corporate career. I scaled my business from sometimes $0k months, $2k months to $30k months and built my business ALL organically — normalizing and mastering embodiment, emotional mastery and inner healing is the key to expansion.

I am here to help you reclaim your power, your magic & to BE your own medicine while creating a deeper impact for your clients as well.
