I am a Soul Purpose & Business Coach and the Energy Work Queen. After years in traditional bedside nursing, I stepped away from the limitations of the sick care model to focus on a holistic, whole-being approach to healing. This journey led me to develop a blueprint for integrating the mind, body, and energy—the foundation of Somatic Energetics, where I help others create profound, lasting transformation.
As the creator of the Whole-Being Healing Blueprint, I empower visionary women to embrace healing that touches every aspect of their lives—not just one part. By combining somatic healing, energy mastery, and mindset work, I guide women back to their true essence so they can rise into their full potential, cultivate deep alignment, and live their purpose.
Most importantly, I’m a proud mama, which inspires my passion for helping women live fulfilling, balanced lives. My mission is to empower women to redefine success, experience freedom, and embrace the magic they’re meant to bring into the world.
